for bdjle Platform Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdjle website accessible at https://bdjle.io, including all associated pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the bdjle Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the bdjle Platform.
• "Company" / "We" / "Us" / "bdjle" refers to the operator of the bdjle Platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, instant-win title, or other wagering product made available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, enhanced odds, or other non-cash incentive offered by bdjle to Players from time to time.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on a Game using real-money funds held in their Account balance.
• "Funds" means any monetary amount deposited by a Player into their Account or won through gameplay and retained as Account balance.
• "Know Your Customer" / "KYC" means the identity verification procedures applied by bdjle to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment details in accordance with applicable standards.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to Bangladesh, which governs all time references in these Terms & Conditions.

To be eligible to register and use the bdjle Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of bdjle, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently excluded from the bdjle Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

bdjle reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh or another jurisdiction. All documents must be current, legible, and unaltered. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Where bdjle has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, the Company will immediately suspend all wagering activity on the relevant Account, retain all funds pending investigation, and, if the suspicion is confirmed, permanently close the Account and report the matter in accordance with applicable child protection standards.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the bdjle Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. bdjle employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will close any account found to be in violation of this rule, with associated funds subject to review.

When completing the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify bdjle promptly if any registered details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdjle will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdjle immediately via the support channel.

bdjle reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for doing so.

bdjle accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected debit/credit cards including Visa and Mastercard where applicable. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and is subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment service providers.

Deposits. All deposit transactions are credited to your Account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar day; current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account. Deposits are generally processed and reflected in your Account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. bdjle does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with bdjle's anti-money-laundering obligations. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section. bdjle targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for verified Accounts using bKash or Nagad, though actual transfer times may vary based on payment provider processing schedules. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

Currency. All transactions on the bdjle Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdjle is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment service provider.

Anti-Money-Laundering. bdjle applies anti-money-laundering controls to all financial transactions on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay, or decline any withdrawal that triggers an internal review under these controls. Players must not use the Platform to facilitate or attempt to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.

bdjle offers Bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented. Players should read the individual bonus terms carefully before accepting any promotional offer, as acceptance constitutes agreement to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses awarded on the bdjle Platform are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; any unmet wagering requirements will result in the expiry of the Bonus and associated pending winnings.

Bonus Abuse. bdjle reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus, and to close an Account without notice, if the Company determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with low-risk strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, providing false information to qualify for a promotion, or colluding with other Players.

Promotional Periods. Seasonal promotions linked to events such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and ICC tournaments are offered for a limited time only. bdjle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

No Bonus may be combined with another Bonus unless explicitly stated in the applicable offer terms.

All wagers placed on the bdjle Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the Game or market selected. These rules are accessible within the relevant game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that particular Game.

Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or game outcome. For sports betting markets, bdjle uses official data sources and league or tournament governing body results as the basis for settlement. For casino and instant-win games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagers and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. bdjle reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where it deems this appropriate, without being obliged to explain its reasons.

Voided Bets. bdjle reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, match abandonment before the minimum play period required for bet settlement, or evidence of match manipulation. Where a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

Live / In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the Company's discretion, particularly during periods of significant match events such as wickets, goals, or other score-changing moments. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will be settled in the normal manner unless they fall within a void category as described above.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdjle Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt wagering activity.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Sharing your Account with, or transferring funds to, another Player.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdjle staff or other Players through any communication channel.

bdjle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a Player breaches these Terms & Conditions; a Player's identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; bdjle is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction; or a Player requests self-exclusion through the Platform's responsible gaming tools.

Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting bdjle customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active Bonuses will be forfeited, and any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable anti-money-laundering review.

Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion through their Account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, bdjle will make all reasonable efforts to enforce the exclusion promptly. Players on a self-exclusion period will not receive promotional communications from bdjle.

All content on the bdjle Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and game assets, is the property of bdjle or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bdjle name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to: download or copy any Platform content for commercial purposes; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform materials.

Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

bdjle collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on bdjle, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdjle will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers where necessary for the operation of the Platform, including payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services, all of whom are contractually obligated to maintain appropriate data security standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if bdjle has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdjle makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of information displayed therein, or the uninterrupted availability of any Game or service. bdjle will make reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability but cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

bdjle shall not be liable for any loss of funds resulting from: unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security; failures or delays caused by your internet service provider or device; third-party payment provider outages or processing errors; or events beyond bdjle's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-ordered platform restrictions.

In all cases where bdjle is found to be liable, the Company's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bdjle Platform, you agree to first contact bdjle customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally within a period of thirty (30) days from the date you first raise the issue.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bdjle from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other rights where immediate action is necessary.

bdjle reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdjle will notify registered Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an in-platform notification to affected Accounts. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the bdjle Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. bdjle recommends that you check this page whenever you access the Platform to ensure that you are aware of the current version in force.
